Job Description

• JOB DESCRIPTIONTechnical Skills- Python Development:o Metadata parsing (XML: lxml, xmltodict), data profiling (pandas, numpy)
• o Automation and API integration (requests, httpx, msal, Power BI REST API)
• o Config-driven pipelines (pydantic, PyYAML, ruamel
• yaml)
• o Validation frameworks (pytest, jsonschema)
• - BI Platforms:o Tableau: understanding of
• twb/
• twbx structures, data sources, calculated fields
• o Power BI: PBIR/JSON, TMSL, XMLA endpoints, dataset deployments, governance policies
• - Automation & Deployment:o Tabular Editor CLI, XMLA
• o Git, CI/CD, pre-commit tools (black, ruff, mypy)
• - Optional / Added Advantage:o AI/LLMo SQL optimization & connectivity (pyodbc/sqlalchemy)
• o DuckDB
• Qualification- Bacheloror Masterin Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
• - 8+ years of experience in BI development and migration projects
• - Proven expertise in Python scripting for BI automation
• - Hands-on experience with both Tableau and Power BI ecosystems
