Hiring for HR Recruiter & HR Intern (IT, Non-IT, BPO & Medical Coding)
Location: Hyderabad (On-site).
Experience: Freshers to 2 Years.
Shift: Fixed Day Shift (9:30 AM 6:30 PM) | 6 Days a Week.
About the Opportunity:
We're looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Recruiters and HR Interns to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent chance to build a strong foundation in recruitment across multiple domains including IT, Non-IT, BPO, and Medical Coding. You will be involved in the full recruitment life-cycle, from understanding job requirements to on-boarding candidates.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job description preparation and candidate sourcing.
- Screen and shortlist candidates using various channels and tools.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates through the recruitment process to ensure smooth on-boarding.
- Maintain recruitment databases and track hiring progress.
- Collaborate with the HR team to meet hiring targets.
What We Are Looking For:
- Any Graduate / MBA / BBA with excellent communication skills.
- Maximum age 29 years.
- Female candidates preferred.
- 0 to 3 years of relevant recruitment or HR experience . (Freshers with passed outs 2024& 2025 are only eligible)
