Job Description for Analytics Leader in Integrated Business Solutions - IBS:
Position Overview
The Director of Analytics and Reporting will spearhead our data analytics strategy for our IBS (Integrated Business solutions) offerings, transforming operational data into strategic insights that demonstrate business value to clients and drive continuous service improvement. This role will be pivotal in measuring process efficiencies, service level performance, and business outcomes across our IBS (Integrated Business solutions) portfolio, ensuring our solutions deliver measurable ROI to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- IBS Performance Analytics: Design and implement comprehensive analytics frameworks to measure, track, and optimize the performance of our IBS solutions across multiple client engagements
- Client Value Measurement: Develop methodologies to quantify the business impact and ROI of our IBS solutions for clients, including cost savings, efficiency gains, and business outcome improvements
- Operational Excellence: Lead data-driven initiatives to identify process optimization opportunities, resource utilization improvements, and automation potential across service delivery operations
- Service Level Reporting: Create sophisticated dashboards and reporting systems to track SLA compliance, KPIs, and performance metrics for client-facing and internal stakeholders
- Predictive Analytics: Implement predictive models to forecast service volumes, resource needs, potential process bottlenecks, and emerging client requirements
- Benchmarking & Industry Insights: Establish benchmarking frameworks to compare performance across clients, industries, and against market standards to drive continuous improvement
- Client Analytics Services: Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to develop value-added analytics offerings that enhance the core IBS solutions and create additional revenue streams
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a cross-functional team of data analysts, data scientists, and reporting specialists focused on IBS performance analytics
- Technology Integration: Partner with IT and Product Development teams to ensure analytics requirements are embedded in our IBS platforms and data architecture
- Change Management: Drive data-informed process improvements and change initiatives across service delivery teams based on analytical insights
Qualifications:
- Experience: 15 to 20 years of progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business Analytics, Operations Management, Data Science, Statistics, or related field preferred
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (SQL, Python, R)
- Experience with BI visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
- Knowledge of process mining and automation analytics tools (Celonis, Automation Anywhere, UiPath Insights, etc.)
- Understanding of ERP systems data structures and business process flows
- Domain Knowledge: Experience with IBS, BPO, or managed services business models
- Understanding of service delivery metrics, SLAs, and operational KPIs
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Leadership: Proven ability to build and lead high-performing analytics teams in a service delivery environment
- Client Orientation: Experience translating complex operational data into client-facing insights and value demonstrations
- Strategic Acumen: Ability to connect analytics initiatives with business strategy and service delivery excellence
