Job Title: Data Architect
Job Overview:
A Data Architect is responsible for designing, creating, deploying, and managing an organizations data architecture. They ensure that data is stored, integrated, and accessed efficiently across systems, enabling business teams to make data-driven decisions. This role involves defining data standards, selecting appropriate technologies, and ensuring compliance with data security and governance policies.
Work Location: Hyderabad
Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field
Experience: 8+ years in data architecture, with experience in enterprise data projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design the overall architecture, ensuring scalability and alignment with business goals. Clustering Architecture.
- Define data models, schemas, and governance policies.
- Oversee integration of components (e.g., NiFi, Iceberg, Trino).
Required Skills:
- Expertise in Data Lakehouse architecture (e.g., Iceberg, Delta Lake)
- Strong knowledge of ETL pipelines and data modeling.
- Familiarity with on-premises infrastructure and hybrid cloud strategies.
- Understanding of data governance and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
