Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience. This role is critical in deploying and managing APIs and web applications on Azure Cloud infrastructure, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability. Unlike conventional DevOps roles that focus solely on Terraform and GitHub Actions, our team defines DevOps as a comprehensive discipline encompassing cloud deployment, security, networking, and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- - Deploy APIs and web applications on Azure Cloud using AKS, App Services, and Azure Functions.
- - Implement security best practices including VNet integration, IP whitelisting, External APIM, and Firewall integration.
- - Manage and configure Azure Networking, Administration, and Security components.
- - Automate CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- - Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and Git.
- - Identify and remediate CVE vulnerabilities and Azure Cloud configuration vulnerabilities.
- - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and efficient cloud deployments.
- - Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and cost-efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- - Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
- - Strong expertise in deploying applications on Azure Cloud (AKS, App Services, Azure Functions).
- - In-depth knowledge of Azure Networking, Administration, and Security.
- - Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation.
- - Proficiency in Terraform and Git for infrastructure management.
- - Experience in identifying and fixing CVE vulnerabilities and Azure Cloud configuration issues.
- - Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments.
- - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
