Job Description

# Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and systems** to identify improvements in banking operations, such as retail, lending, payments, and risk modules.
• Document, validate, and communicate requirements** with cross-functional teams, including IT, audit, risk, and retail banking.
• Prepare BRDs and FRDs** (Business/Functional Requirement Documents) for system upgrades or process changes.
• Support and lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing)** for digital platforms and core banking systems.
• Interpret financial, transactional, and regulatory data** for trend analysis and reporting.
• Ensure compliance** with financial regulations and internal control standards, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive change management** initiatives and oversee project delivery throughout the lifecycle.
