Job Description

Position: Field Marketing Executive

Location: Nashik, Maharashtra

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Salary: 50,000 - 70,000 per month (Fixed) + Travel Allowance

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field marketing activities for our transformer products
• Operate primarily in Nashik & Sinnar (80%) and across Maharashtra (20%)
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B and B2C clients
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
• Plan and execute effective marketing campaigns
• Collect customer feedback and analyze competitor strategies

Who Can Apply

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and sales
• Experience in the transformer or electrical industry is preferred
• Willingness to work in the field and travel as required
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
