Job Description

About The Role

Key Responsibilities:
Automation & Solution Development
Design and implement automation workflows for model monitoring and validation using:

Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Synapse, Logic Apps)

Databricks for scalable data processing and analytics

Power BI for dynamic reporting and visualization

Power Automate for workflow orchestration and task automation

Build reusable components and templates to streamline model governance processes.

Generative AI Integration

Develop GenAI-based tools to automate:

Documentation generation and updates

Summarization of any Regulatory Policies/compliance

Intelligent summarization of model performance metrics

Natural language querying and interpretation of model outputs

Fine-tune LLMs and integrate them with internal systems for contextual automation.

Should have understanding and hands on experience of RAG, Lang Chain, Lang Graph, LoRA, QLoRA and other frameworks for developing Agentic AI frameworks

Should have experience in Agentic Framework

Should have good exposure to use multiple models for different use cases

Should have knowledge and experience into multi cloud environment to build GenAI application (Like Bedrock and SageMaker in AWS).

Short Description

Model Monitoring & Validation Support

Collaborate with model risk and validation teams to understand existing frameworks.

Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across different model types.

Ensure solutions are auditable, explainable, and compliant with regulatory standards (e.g., SR 11-7, IFRS 9, Basel III).
