Performance Tester @ Sonata Software

Job Description

• Design, develop, and execute performance tests using JMeter for web, API, and database layers.
• Monitor system performance and analyze results using tools like New Relic.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance bottlenecks and provide actionable insights.
• Work effectively in an Onsite/Offshore model, ensuring clear communication and seamless collaboration.
• Present performance test results and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing.
• Proficiency with JMeter and a strong understanding of performance monitoring tools like New Relic.
• Demonstrated experience in testing across UI, API, and database layers.
• Proven ability to performance test complex technology stacks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
