Job Description
Current running requirement of Vendor Management Consultant Role for FCS Software Solutions.
Job Title: Vendor Management Consultant
Location: India (Offshore Remote)
Contract Duration: 12+ months
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Coupa VMS implementation team on scope finalization, testing (FUT, SIT, UAT), and go-live activities.
- Integrate Coupa VMS with systems like Workday, Target process, and Apptio.
- Validate contractor data across multiple platforms (Workday, Coupa, SAP) to ensure consistency.
- Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve data discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support audits with validated data.
- Identify data quality issues and suggest process improvements.
- Manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
Required Qualifications:
- 8 years experience with enterprise systems: Workday, Coupa, SAP.
- Strong attention to detail, data validation skills, and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Experience in vendor management, procurement, or contract administration.
- Familiarity with VMS tools and Statement of Work (SoW) processes.
- Knowledge of compliance and audit requirements related to contingent workforce management.
