Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated individuals with excellent communication skills to join our international customer service team. This role requires handling international voice calls (banking experience preferred) and providing high-quality service to customers.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound international voice calls professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer queries.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution.
Follow company protocols, compliance, and quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to meet performance and process targets.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Minimum 6 months of international voice experience (banking experience preferred).
Willingness to work from office during the first month training phase (pick & drop provided).
Must have a valid address proof for Mumbai.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to business needs.
Work Mode:
First month Work from Office (Training, with pick & drop facility).
From 2nd month onwards Permanent Work from Home.
