Kore.ai Platform Expertise

Bot development, customization, and deployment

Integration capabilities with third-party systems

Programming Languages

Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript

Conversational AI & NLP

Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP)

Understanding of Machine Learning techniques for chatbot enhancement

API Integration

Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services

Software Development Experience

Minimum 2+ years in software development

At least 2+ years in chatbot/virtual assistant development

Project Collaboration & Communication

Requirement gathering and stakeholder engagement

Effective verbal and written communication

Debugging & Maintenance

Testing, debugging, and performance optimization of bots

Documentation

Ability to document design specs, development processes, and deployment procedures

Team Leadership (Preferred)

Experience mentoring junior developers or leading chatbot projects
