Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Debugging and troubleshooting using PostgreSQL and SQL queries
API calls and defect fixes on Golang with AWS exposure
Functional and technical troubleshooting (production and defect management)
Vendor-level support for CPQ IT systems, resolving complex issues beyond L3
Collaboration with architects, developers, and engineers for complex fixes/improvements
Functional defect triage and SQL-based validations
Customer/stakeholder escalation management and strong communication
