Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Debugging and troubleshooting using PostgreSQL and SQL queries
• API calls and defect fixes on Golang with AWS exposure
• Functional and technical troubleshooting (production and defect management)
• Vendor-level support for CPQ IT systems, resolving complex issues beyond L3
• Collaboration with architects, developers, and engineers for complex fixes/improvements
• Functional defect triage and SQL-based validations
• Customer/stakeholder escalation management and strong communication
