Job Description

Mandatory Skills:

Wireframing, UI/UX designing, Prototyping, Mobile App designing, Web Designing, Project exposure

Role and Responsibilities:

Create UI designs for web and mobile applications that are visually engaging and aligned with brand guidelines.
Design solutions that ensure a smooth, user-centric experience (UX) across platforms.
Translate complex workflows into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
Work collaboratively with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
Follow industry best practices, accessibility standards, and design guidelines.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and reusable UI assets.
Engage with stakeholders and clients to understand requirements and refine designs based on feedback.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferably with a specialization in design).
1-4 years of experience in IT/software development companies with a strong focus on UI/UX design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop CS3, Illustrator CS3, Figma, and Adobe XD.
Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, design guidelines, and best practices for web and mobile.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills with the ability to present design concepts clearly.
Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for building user-friendly interfaces.
