Job Title: Agency Manager
Reports to: Branch Manager/Regional Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing and growing the agency channel, ensuring sales targets, and developing strategic relationships with agents.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruit, train, and manage agents.
2. Achieve sales targets and expand agency network.
3. Develop and implement business plans.
4. Foster strong relationships with agents and stakeholders.
5. Monitor performance, provide feedback, and coach agents.
6. Conduct training sessions and workshops.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
1. 1+ years of experience in insurance sales/agency management.
2. Proven sales and leadership skills.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to motivate and manage teams.
5. Analytical and problem-solving skills
