Designations & Experience Requirements : Assistant Manager Quality - Min 7yrs experience with 2yrs TL or 1yr Sr Tl on paper into Medical coding
 Manager Quality - Min 10yrs experience with 1yr DM or 2yrs AM on paper into Medical coding
Sr manager Quality -- Min 12+yrs experience with 1yr Manager on paper into Medical coding Specialties & Locations : Hyderabad IPDRG (AM | Manager | Sr. Manager)
Mumbai & Aurangabad Surgery, Anesthesia, HCC & HHC (Sr. Manager only) Package : Assistant Manager Up to 20 LPA (based on experience)
Manager Up to 24 LPA (based on experience)
Senior Manager Up to 32 LPA (based on experience) Key Responsibilities :Need experience into Quality Side or if having experience into Operations side should e bwilling to work on Quality is also accepted
Manage & lead 200+ QA professionals in US Healthcare Coding
Oversee Quality audits, RCA, and compliance with client SLA
Collaborate with Quality Leads & Operations for training & coaching.
Strong leadership & communication skills required

Requirement : Education: Any Graduation (Life Science background preferred)
Certification (Mandatory): CPC / CCS / CIC / CRC / COC
Relieving Letter: Mandatory
Notice Period: Up to 2 months accepted
