Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats with empathy and professionalism.
Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer needs.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling international voice process (CSE).
Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
Strong understanding of fraud management principles and practices.
Ability to work from home office setup (WFH) with reliable internet connection.
