    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage customer relationships through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
    • Handle incoming calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
    • Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to meet customer needs.
    • Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer requirements.
    • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

    Desired Candidate Profile

    • 0-4 years of experience in BPO voice process, customer handling, or related fields.
    • Excellent English language proficiency with good verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Strong analytical skills for resolving customer complaints efficiently.
      WORK LOCATION:- VASHI, NAVI MUMBAI

    4. DESIGNATION : CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

    5. SHIFT TIMING : MALE : 7:00AM TO 12:30AM + NIGHT SHIFTS (ANY 9.30 HRS SHIFT)

                                  FEMALE : 7:00AM TO 8:30PM (ANY 9.30 HRS SHIFT)

    6. WEEK-OFF : 5 DAYS WORKING 2 DAY ROTATIONAL OFF

    7. SALARY : AS PER THE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

    8. AGE LIMIT : 30 Age
