Job Description
- Contact and follow up with prospective clients via inbound and outbound calls (leads are provided)
- Effectively explain Aimlays services and convert leads into successful enrollments
- Conduct need-based counselling to understand the clients educational requirements
- Deliver compelling online presentations and product demonstrations
- Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
- Maintain updated records of communications and follow-ups
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Outbound Sales, Admission Counselling, or a related role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Confident, soft-spoken, and customer-centric approach
- Capable of adapting quickly and taking ownership of targets and tasks
