    Job Title: Admission Counsellor | Edtech Sales | Up to 4.5 LPA plus uncapped incentives

    Location: Rohini, Delhi

    Shift: Day (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM & 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM) & 6 days working in a week

    CTC: Up to 4.5 LPA + Unlimited Incentives & Benefits

    Aimlay Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Counselling Expert to join our day shift team!

    What you are going to do:

    • Contact and follow up with prospective clients via inbound and outbound calls (leads are provided)
    • Effectively explain Aimlays services and convert leads into successful enrollments
    • Conduct need-based counselling to understand the clients educational requirements
    • Deliver compelling online presentations and product demonstrations
    • Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
    • Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
    • Maintain updated records of communications and follow-ups

     

    What we need:

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in Outbound Sales, Admission Counselling, or a related role
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
    • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
    • Confident, soft-spoken, and customer-centric approach
    • Capable of adapting quickly and taking ownership of targets and tasks
