- Role Overview: As a Sous Chef - Conti at Bamboo Saa Resort & Spa in Udaipur, your primary responsibility will be to assist the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation in the kitchen. This entails preparing high-quality meals, supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory and supplies, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards, creating new recipes and menus, training new staff, and upholding quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation - Prepare high-quality Continental cuisine dishes - Supervise kitchen staff - Manage inventory and supplies effectively - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen - Develop new recipes and menus - Train new staff members - Monitor and uphold quality standards Qualifications Required: - Experience in preparing and cooking Continental cuisine - Proficiency in kitchen management and food safety practices - Ability to effectively maintain inventory and supplies - Skill in developing new recipes and menus - Experience in training and team management - Strong time management and organizational skills - Attention to detail and presentation - Relevant culinary education or certification - Prior experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is a plus,
