Job Description
- **Job Description** **Role Overview:** As a Financial Accounting & Reporting specialist at IQ-EQ, you will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks for various companies with complex holding structures. Your role will involve maintaining interest calculation and amortization/depreciation schedules, conducting month-end reconciliations, preparing financial statements, and managing SPV, Prop Co, and hold Co. accounting. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform day-to-day accounting tasks such as handling bank statements, incoming and outgoing invoices, accruals, provisions, and transactions - Maintain interest calculation and amortization/depreciation schedules - Conduct month-end reconciliations and review accruals and provisions - Perform intercompany reconciliations and advise on intercompany settlements - Prepare financial statements, NAV, and management accounts - Assist in providing financial data for local tax returns and preparation of various financial reports - Participate in liquidity reporting and analysis - Support year-end reporting and audit processes including internal and external financial reporting, annual accounts preparation, consolidation, and coordination of audit activities - Prepare ad hoc reports and reconciliations **Qualifications:** - Degree in accounting - Yardi experience is a must - CA or equivalent certification is a plus - Ability to perform under pressure and adjust plans accordingly - Strong attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and make well-reasoned decisions - Proactive mindset and ability to take initiative - Team player with strong communication skills - Familiarity with financial and accounting systems - Proficiency in English (both verbal and written) - Experience with direct real estate investments **Company Information:** At IQ-EQ, sustainability is at the core of our business strategy.
