Job Description

Role Overview: As an Infoscion at Infosys, your main responsibility will involve understanding customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, creating innovative solutions, and supporting in the deployment process to ensure client satisfaction. You will be involved in developing proposals, contributing to solution design, configuring products, conducting pilots, and addressing queries related to requirements and design. Additionally, you will conduct demonstrations, workshops, and prepare effort estimates that align with customer budgets and organizational guidelines. You will also be expected to lead small projects and actively participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives, aiming to deliver high-quality solutions to customers.
