Job Description
- As a detail-oriented and analytical Software Tester / QA Engineer, your role will involve ensuring the functionality, usability, performance, security, and accessibility of the platform across various devices and environments. You will collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to test system features and enhance the overall user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for both new and existing features. - Perform manual and automated testing to validate functionality, usability, and performance of the platform. - Identify, document, and track bugs or issues, ensuring timely resolution. - Validate platform security through vulnerability testing and risk assessments. - Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) for inclusive user experiences. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and improve system features. - Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to development teams. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and tools. Requirements: - Proven experience in software testing or quality assurance roles. - Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - Familiarity with usability and performance testing. - Knowledge of security testing principles and accessibility standards. - Experience with test automation tools is a plus. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
