Cloud Engineering Consultant @ Leading Client

Job Description

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure (Azure / GCP)including compute, networking, storage, and IAM/security
• Design, implement and manage serverless application deployment using CloudRun / Azure Container Service, Load Balancer, DNS, Cloud Function / AzureFunction
• Deploy and manage data services such as BigQuery, Cloud SQL, CloudSpanner, Synapse, Data Factory, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, and DataLake solutions
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform forprovisioning and automation
• Implement and optimize DevOps practices including CI/CDpipelines, GitOps, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, GKE/AKS), andmonitoring tools
• Develop automation scripts and serverless functions in Cloud Function / AzureFunction using Python
• Collaborate with teams to deliver secure, scalable, and cost-optimized cloudsolutions
• Explore and support use cases for Generative AI (GenAI), AI/ML services, andVertex AI / Azure OpenAI.

Mandatory Skills

• 4-8 years of experience in cloud consulting, cloud engineering, or DevOpsengineering.
• Strong expertise in MS Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Hands-on experience in infrastructure services (VMs, networking, loadbalancers, firewalls, storage, IAM).
• Experience with data services (databases, warehouses, data pipelines, ETLtools).
• Terraform proficiency for IaC.
• Python scripting for automation and data workflows.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps pipelines, GitHub Actions, GitLabCI or Azure DevOps.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to Generative AI (GenAI), Machine Learning pipelines, Vertex AI, orAzure OpenAI.
• Certification in GenAI technology is a plus.
• Familiarity with security best practices, cloud cost optimization, andmonitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Google CloudMonitoring, Azure Monitor).preference
• Immediate joiners/serving notice (Preferred)/45 days/60 days/
