Role : Associate Manager - Gold Loan

Location : Across Bangalore

Job Description :

• Ensuring high responsiveness to customers problems. Act in their best interest by providing timely and qualitative resolution to their issues.
• Maintenance of relevant registers / Vouchers
• Minimising Operational errors / Prevention of frauds
• Ensure there are no Interest outstanding at Branch for greater than 30 days
• Ensure NIL Renewals pending / outstanding at Branch for greater than 30 days.
• Systematic calling of all NTB customers on Gold Loan and cross sell products
• Generate referrals and ensuring the conversions every month

Desired Behavioral / Functional Traits :

• Should be able to speak in English/Hindi/regional language
• Self-presentable. Should be mobile to travel within city limits.
• Should know the geographic spread of the location.
• Understanding of Insurance & Banking Industry
