Location: Omega Healthcare, Wind Tunnel Rd, Murgesh Pallya, Bengaluru 560017

Dates: Monday to Friday, Time: 10:00 AM 4:00 PM

Role: AR Associate

Salary: 2.5 LPA

Shift - Nightshift

Eligibility:

Graduates / Undergraduates (No PGs)

Good communication skills required

What You'll Do:

Call US insurance payers to resolve claim issues (denials, payments, adjustments)
Analyze trends and escalate issues to supervisors
Maintain documentation (SOPs, trackers, logs)
Participate in training sessions to master Revenue Cycle Management
Investigate complex patient account issues and collaborate with analysts
