Desired Candidate Profile

Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
Strong skills in store management, team management, floor management, store operations, retail operations, store setup, inventory management, inventory control, retail planning, shrinkage control.
10-14 years of experience in Team management on a related field.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage store operations, including inventory management, material requirement planning, and shrinkage control.
Oversee floor management, team management, and retail operations to ensure efficient store setup and supervision.
Develop and implement strategies for retail planning, sales growth, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure effective communication with the operations team to achieve business objectives.

Monitor performance metrics such as stock levels, sales figures, and customer feedback
