Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Preparing Reconciliation of steel & Concrete.

Preparing Bills according to BOQ.

Preparing Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) of different Building Elements.

Estimating quantities for Enabling works.

Preparing Measurement sheets of Concrete and shuttering to be claimed in Bill.

Preparing Measurement sheets of other materials which are used in special places / Situations like Measurement of Thermacol at expansion joints etc.

Calculating exact quantities of Concrete & Steel to eliminate wastage.

Preparing Joint Measurement Reports (JMR) with PMC, Client & Subcontractor.

Preparing Daily Progress Report, Weekly Progress Report & Monthly Progress Report with respect to BOQ

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Full time BE/Diploma Civil.

2. 8+ years of experience.
3. Experience from core construction companies (Residential/Commercial Building Project) is required.
