Bid Manager- Upwork @ Finoit Technologies

Job Description

We have a strong upwork profile and are looking for an experienced bid manager with extensive experience in winning quality projects from Upwork. Someone with a thorough understanding of web and mobile technologies, scoping of requirements, and expertise in crafting winning proposals.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate projects on Upwork that fit our screening criteria
• Review the requirements and place proposals
• Respond to messages received on placed proposals and take discovery calls
• Collaborate with the technical and delivery team for the next round of discussion if required
• Build a strong pipeline and win projects, and manage the CRM

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience as a business analyst or in a sales role as a bid manager
• Proven experience and track record of winning quality, high-ticket projects from Upwork
• Excellent English communication and writing skills
• Experienced in preparing detailed proposal documents and SoW
• Must be comfortable working in night shift
