Should have pervious gold loan experience.

Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient gold loan processing and customer service.
Handle team performance, providing guidance and training to achieve targets.
Oversee daily activities of the branch, including sales, marketing, and compliance.
Develop strategies to increase business growth through effective communication with customers.
Ensure accurate valuation of gold ornaments for loan purposes.
