Job Description

Hello Folks,


Key Responsibilities:-


Facility Operations

  • Supervise and coordinate daily facility operations including housekeeping, security, cafeteria, mailroom, front office, and other soft services.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure infrastructure, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained.
  • Manage energy consumption and drive cost-saving initiatives.

Maintenance & Technical Support

  • Coordinate with engineering teams/vendors for preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC, DG, lifts, UPS, electrical systems, and plumbing.
  • Maintain AMC schedules and ensure timely servicing of equipment and assets.

Vendor & Contract Management

  • Oversee vendor performance and ensure adherence to SLAs.
  • Participate in vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management processes.
  • Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
  • Support statutory compliance including fire safety, building licenses, and workplace safety audits.
  • Maintain records related to safety drills, emergency procedures, and training.

Budgeting & Reporting

  • Assist in preparation and monitoring of the facility management budget.
  • Track expenses and ensure cost optimization.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards on facility performance, issues, and improvements.

Employee Support & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee facility-related queries and grievances.
  • Support office events, space planning, seating arrangements, and other logistics.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of facility operations and infrastructure management.
  • Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of safety and statutory compliance.
  • Proficient in MS Office and facility management software (e.g. CAFM).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree .
  • 47 years of experience in facility management roles, preferably in a corporate or multi-location environment.
