Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality visual elements for various projects.
  
• Create engaging graphics, logos, and icons that align with the companys brand identity.
  
• Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and implement new design concepts.
  
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual style across all platforms.
  
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep designs fresh and relevant.
  
• Provide constructive feedback and critique to junior designers to help improve their skills and output.
  

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and composition.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and meet project requirements.
  
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
  
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment handling multiple projects simultaneously.
