ServiceNow technical developer is responsible for overseeing the design/development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objective and best practices. This role involves leading technical teams, managing project lifecycles, collaborating with business stakeholders and providing expertise in ServiceNow platform and capabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
Expert in leading a team and providing guidance to junior developers, proficient in engaging with business stakeholders/cross functional teams to gather requirements and deliver enhancements
Expert in designing/implementing multiple catalog items by collaborating with the business stakeholders
Must have strong experience in integrating multiple large enterprise systems using APIs, REST/SOAP protocols, authentication mechanisms
Must have excellent oral and written communication/presentation/negotiation skills
Detail-oriented, able to identify issues, and consistently collaborate to solve problems in a timely manner
Total 6+ years of IT experience with minimum 5 years of ServiceNow development exposure with a proven track record in leading teams
