Role Summary
Were building our Data & AI Delivery CoE and need a hands-on AI Data Consultant (Delivery Manager) who can own client conversations, capture requirements, and drive delivery end-to-end. You will work on real, production-grade AI projects using AI tools, coding agents, and LLMs to automate data delivery and improve data quality. Partner closely with business and engineering teams, keep documentation clear, and take dashboards, pipelines, and reports live on timewhile guiding users for smooth adoption. Strong communication and a client-servicing mindset are essential.
Key Engagement
Client Engagement, Communication & Servicing own day-to-day customer conversations and expectations; run meetings and weekly updates.
Requirement Elicitation conduct workshops, clarify scope, and document what is needed.
Stakeholder & Escalation Management align sponsors and users on priorities, own escalations to closure.
Delivery Governance run weekly governance, maintain RAID (Risks/Assumptions/Issues/Dependencies), and keep scope/timelines on track.
Value & Adoption define success metrics (adoption, data quality, performance) and drive user onboarding/training.
Tech Skills
Data Warehouse / Data Lake strong technical experience in Data Warehouse, Data Lake and Data Management projects and products.
Data Engineering / Integration source-to-target mapping, ETL/ELT coordination (e.g., Spark/Hive/SQL).
Data Reporting / Dashboarding work with BI teams (Power BI/Tableau/Looker) to plan and validate dashboards.
Data Management data quality checks, basic governance, and lineage awareness.
AI familiarity with practical AI/LLM use cases for analytics.
Business Skills
Business Analysis translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
BRD Documentation prepare BRD/FRD, data dictionaries, and UAT plans in simple language.
Other Skills
Team Management plan team tasks, support hiring, team management team structure, mentorship and guidance.
Project Management plan sprints, track risks/issues, manage scope and timelines.
Ready to Travel short client visits as required (domestic).
Key Responsibilities
Run discovery sessions; finalise scope and success criteria with clients.
Create project plans, estimates, and weekly status reports; escalate risks early.
Coordinate with data engineers and BI teams to deliver pipelines and dashboards.
Review SQL/data outputs and sample dashboards for quality and completeness.
Drive UAT, sign-offs, and handover; ensure proper documentation is stored and shared.
Support presales when needed (simple proposals, effort estimates, demo walkthroughs).
Education
B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent experience in Data/Analytics.
