Job Description
We are hiring for Management Trainee / Executive role in Cost Inventory & Audit Department.

Responsibilities:
* Update and maintain cost data records in SAP ERP.
* Prepare periodic profitability reports for senior management.
* Generate MIS reports related to gross margin analysis.
* Participate in physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy of inventory records.
* Conduct valuation of raw materials, packing materials, finished goods, and work in progress.
* Release daily costing in SAP ERP.
* Identify and rectify data discrepancies in SAP ERP.
* Track material movements within plants, from receiving to production issuance and finished goods storage.
* Monitor abnormal movement types in SAP ERP and report to senior management.
* Prepare cost sheets for contract manufacturing (third-party manufacturing).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong analytical skills for inventory and costing data.
* Ability to work effectively in a high-volume production environment and manage large-scale data.
* Proficiency in checking Bills of Material (BOMs) for formulation and API bulk costing.
* Knowledge of SAP ERP systems.
* Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
* General familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry.
* Educational background: B. Com, M. Com, MBA, or Inter CMA.
