Business Analyst, Product Manager Test/QA managers will not be suitable. No open positions in SCRUM MASTER.
EPAM is seeking a seasoned leader to drive strategic delivery initiatives and manage high-impact engagements. This role is ideal for professionals with a proven track record in managing large-scale delivery organizations and client relationships and Engineering.
Job Title: Director Project / Delivery Management
Location: Pune,Gurgaon,Bangalore,Hyderabad,Chennai,Coimbatore
Experience: 21-25 yrs
Technology stacks (Java / CMS / C++/GEN AI, etc.):
- Establish and maintain top-level project governance and executive stakeholder alignment
- Drive adoption of best engineering and delivery practices from inception to production
- Own delivery strategy, execution, and client relationships across business units
- Support GDO/BU initiatives and strategic delivery efforts
- Oversee multiple delivery streams and ensure outcome-based execution
Experience & Expertise:
- 20+ years in IT, with 8+ years in delivery management, Solution Architecture, Engineering roles
- Experience as Delivery Manager, Program Manager, Account Manager
- Hands-on understanding of software engineering and technical decision-making
- Proven ability to manage delivery from financial, sourcing, and business perspectives
- Track record of delivering on fixed timelines and hard commitments
- Skilled in forming vision and aligning delivery teams to strategic goals
Ability to guide others (including client) on how to set up architecture governance process

Account level/P&L management

*Senior Director: Able to drive budget of a business unit
Can act as a sourse for processes creation within Program/Protfolio/BU
Ability to build and maintain Delivery governance and Supervision frameworks on the Account level.Ability to set up and drive teams of several Projects/Streams within a Program/Project with a number of Project Coordinators / Delivery Managers without direct team management.
Expert+ (B4): Portfolio - manage Program Managers. Able to motivate teams toward Portfolio/Programs goals.
Business unit - manage organization strategy. Shape teams accordingly to the strategic goals.
