Job Description
We are looking for a Experienced Nurse for NABH hospital for the post of Nursing Superintendent .
Qualification :- GNM , BS.c Nursing / MS.c Nursing
Experience :- 3 to 5 years
Location:- Pune , Mumbai , Bangalore , Ahmedabad , Hyderabad , Delhi .

Roles & Responsibilities :-
* Responsible to the for planning organisation and development of nursing services in the hospital in consultation with Medical Superintendent / Chief of centers.
*Manage patient care to the highest professional standards, using an evidence-based care planning approach.
*Evaluate and manage the implementation of best practice policies and procedures.
*Create a good learning environment by keeping updated with new developments in nursing and palliative care and by supporting and encouraging open discussion.
*Ensure compliance with legal and professional requirements in clinical practice and documentation etc.
*Supervise staff during shifts.
*Create a budget for the department.
*Respond to patients' complaints or concerns.
*Utilize available resources in giving patient care
* Assist with ward teaching where necessary.
