Job Description
We are looking for a suitable candidate who have expertise in sourcing commercial sites.
The role manages to Sourcing at Apollo Pharmacy. This individual will be
responsible to deliver project related activities and coordinate with cross
functional business teams to source/scout for new locations for New Store
Opening (NSO).
The individual will be partnering with our vendors and Suppliers in planning and executing the NSO.
Key responsibilities for sourcing:
- Work with business team to identify the new location in various areas in cities and districts.
- Understand the requirements to open a store and be well versed with the location parameters such as demographical, geographical & sociographical.
- Negotiate with landlords/owners of the premises, collect and
- validate the required documents and complete the agreement signing procedures.
- Build strategies on new locations where we are not present & make cluster mapping sheets.
- Reporting daily updates to central team, co-ordinating with cross functional teams within the organization and other business units.
- Able to handle extensions, renewals and security deposits with the existing store landlords/owners.
- Led a high impact driven role within retail for a growing organization.
Skills Required
- Require good negotiation skills
- Need good knowledge of measuring the property sites
- Experience in the process of identifying new locations for new store opening
- Experience in basic Microsoft Excel & Power Point
- Up to date with market trends on rent, availability of space and geographic conditions of
- the areas
Soft Parameters Required
- Presentable and good communication skills
Position Specification
- Must have at least 2 to 4 years of experience in retail, identifying locations for New Store Opening (NSO)
- Any degree with experience in commercial property sourcing.
