- As the Executive Chef at Haut Monde Rajputana Palace in Neemrana, Rajasthan, you will be leading the culinary team to create exceptional menus for destination weddings, banquets, and fine dining operations. Your expertise in large-scale wedding catering, innovative menu design, and premium guest experience delivery will be crucial in positioning the palace as a leading culinary destination in Rajasthan. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design customized menus for weddings, banquets, and MICE events, collaborating with wedding planners and clients for personalized culinary experiences. - Ensure flawless execution of large-scale banquets, maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, and food safety. - Oversee culinary operations across all kitchens, innovating seasonal menus and ensuring timely food delivery during peak event hours. - Plan food costing, negotiate with vendors for quality ingredients, and lead the kitchen brigade with a focus on banquet and wedding execution. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts/Hotel Management. - 8-12 years of progressive culinary experience in premium hotels/resorts. - Proven expertise in wedding catering, large-scale banquets, and multi-cuisine operations. - Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage high-pressure event operations. - Knowledge of food trends, modern presentations, and diverse cuisines. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Competitive salary package with performance incentives. - Accommodation and meals at the property (if required). - Benefits as per company policy.
