Job Description

As a Medical Audit Doctor, your primary role will involve performing detailed audits of medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Your daily tasks will include: - Reviewing patient records - Verifying proper documentation - Identifying any discrepancies - Providing recommendations for enhancements - Collaborating with healthcare providers to uphold best practices in medical documentation To thrive in this position, you should have a strong understanding of medical auditing principles and practices. Attention to detail, analytical skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities are essential qualities. It is necessary to have previous experience in medical record documentation and compliance. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards is also required. Qualifications required for this role include: - MD, MBBS, or equivalent medical degree - Prior experience in clinical settings is advantageous - Certification in medical auditing (e.g., CPC or CPMA) would be beneficial Immediate joiners are preferred for this role.
