Job Description

Understanding Client Needs: Communicate with clients to understand their hiring requirements, job description, and ideal candidate
Profiles Sourcing Candidates: Use job portals, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, Shine networking, and databases to find suitable candidates.
Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist potential candidates.
Coordinating Interviews: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Candidate Relationship Management: Guide candidates through the hiring process, provide feedback, and ensure a smooth experience.
Client Coordination: Regularly update clients on hiring progress and candidate feedback. Maintaining Records: Update recruitment databases and track hiring metrics
