Job Description
The Application Engineer will be responsible for tasks related to electrical installation for existing products as well as wiring of test setups , analysing technical diagrams and schematics, wiring and troubleshooting electrical designs , documenting test reports and wiring diagrams .
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and commissioning: Execute wiring of Field instruments and ensure the functioning as per the project requirements.
- Drawing Interpretation: Read, understand, and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all wiring is done accurately according to specifications and industry standards.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in control panels and distribution panels.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and ensure that all team members follow safety guidelines.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of wiring procedures and modifications
.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong knowledge and experience in electrical installation, troubleshooting, and use of electrical equipment and tools.
Hands on experience in wiring of industrial control panels and installation of various sensors.
Read, understand, and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
Familiarity with electrical engineering principles.
Good understanding of electrical safety protocols and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Relevant electrical certifications or licenses.
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in electrical panel wiring.
Experience with advanced control systems and modern IoT / Industry 4.0 technologies.
Additional weightage
1.Knowledge and experience in Railway signaling systems
2.Driving License ( 2W and 4W)
3.Located in Hyderabad or Secunderabad
