Lead and technical execution, driving innovation and adoption of Gen Al technologies across the

Key Responsibilities

• Al Innovation & Strategy
• Facilitate ideation workshops and identify high-impact Al use cases.
• Analyze trends and guide business leaders on Al-driven transformation.
• Solution Design & Feasibility
• Assess technical viability and risks of Al initiatives.
• Define architecture, infrastructure, and resource needs.
• Create business cases and implementation roadmaps.
• Delivery Leadership
• Lead cross-functional teams (Al Engineers, Data Scientists, MLOps).
• Ensure quality, compliance, and performance of Al solutions.
• Drive Gen Al optimization and infegration with enterprise systems.
• Governance & Risk
• Establish frameworks for Al ethics, transparency, and data privacy.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience

• 8-10 years in Al solution development; 5+ years with Azure Al stack.
• Proven leadership in Al delivery and stakeholder engagement.
• Technical Expertise
• NLP, LLMS (GPT, BERT), Gen Al systems, RAG pipelines.
• Azure (OpenAl, Cognitive Services, ML), AWS (Lambda, SageMaker).
• DevOps for ML (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Semantic search, vector databases, prompt engineering.
• Additional Skills
• Cloud architecture, data pipelines (Spark, Hadoop).
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability.
• Soft Skills
• Excellent communication and leadership.
• Ability to translate complex Al concepts for business stakeholders.
