We are hiring a DevOps Engineer with strong Python skills to help us build robust, scalable, and automated DevOps infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing and managing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and collaborating across teams to improve system reliability and deployment efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement DevOps strategy and infrastructure in line with product architecture and business requirements.
- Build and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven, etc.
- Automate code testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Evaluate and recommend best-fit tools and technologies for the product needs.
- Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to meet performance expectations.
- Troubleshoot issues and proactively work on performance tuning and reliability.
- Innovate solutions to complex challenges and plan for future infrastructure scalability.
- Review code and infrastructure design by peers; mentor junior team members.
- Work in Agile teams, adopting Agile methodologies and tools.
- Coordinate with R&D teams and support tiers to ensure operational stability.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong scripting experience in Python.
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and build tools (Maven, Gradle).
- Hands-on with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
- Good understanding of system monitoring and alerting practices.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work on infrastructure automation and tooling.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Interest in or prior experience with infrastructure automationeven if not a core skill yet.
