Job Description
Seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Practice Lead with over 8 years in the industry, combining deep functional expertise and strategic leadership to drive the development and growth of the Microsoft Dynamics practice. This role requires a strong focus on Dynamics 365 Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain modules, with a solid understanding of HR processes and data integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Dynamics practice, setting strategic direction aligned with business goals and client needs.
- Architect, design, and oversee implementation of scalable Dynamics 365 solutions including customizations, integrations, and enhancements.
- Manage and mentor a team of Dynamics professionals fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical and functional solutions.
- Drive delivery excellence across client projects with end-to-end responsibility for quality, timelines, and resource management.
- Utilize Microsoft Power Platform and Azure services to augment CRM/ERP capabilities with automation and AI.
- Ensure adherence to best practices for data governance, security, and compliance.
- Stay current with Dynamics 365 innovations and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage.
- Build business cases, manage stakeholder relationships, and contribute to practice growth initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and related modules.
- Proven leadership in managing Dynamics implementation projects and practice teams.
- Strong technical skills in solution architecture, configuration, data integration, and automation.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and Azure cloud services.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring abilities.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred (e.g., Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform).
