Job Description
Role: Senior US IT Recruiter(State Client Experience)(Hyderabad Local)
Mode of work: Hybrid
Experience: 3 - 8 Years
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential candidates based on requirements.
- Screen and Evaluate candidates.
- Negotiate Salary/bill rate with candidates.
- Coordinate interview/hiring activities.
- Post requirements on the job sites/boards.
- Upload resumes into Applicant Tracking System(job Diva).
Required Skills:
- Proven ability to manage the recruitment process effectively and efficiently for a variety of technical positions.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Should have good hold on W2, C2C
- Strong working experience with state clients and direct clients.
- Proven track record of successfully filling a wide range of IT positions.
- Must be able to identify fraudulent candidates.
- Good computer skills - MS Office, Email etc.
- Strong work ethic; hardworking and driven.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in using recruiting software and candidate management systems.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to make compelling offers.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivation to excel in the job.
- Ability to work Night Shift.
