Job Description
Experience: 10 to 15 years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in a Solution Lead / Solution Architect role.
Experience in financial services, payments, or settlement systems is highly preferred.
Job Overview:
A Platform Solution Lead is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of technical solutions that meet the business requirements of an organization. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring the successful deployment and maintenance of tools and systems that support the software development lifecycle .
Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Lead the development of technical solutions to meet business needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- System Analysis: Analyze existing systems and technologies to identify areas for improvement or upgrade.
- Security and Data Integrity: Ensure the security and data integrity of IT solutions.
- Issue Resolution: Manage the resolution of technical issues and system errors.
- Technology Trends: Keep up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the IT team.
- Documentation: Document all aspects of IT solutions for future reference and troubleshooting.
- Environment Management: Managing Cloud environment and exploring POCs
Technical Skills:
- Solution Design: Expertise in designing technical solutions that meet business requirements.
- SDLC Tools: Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Nexus, Zephyr.
- CI/CD Tools: Experience with tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, GitLab, Ansible.
- Cloud Platforms: Proficiency with cloud services like AWS (Preferred), Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Integration: Strong understanding of integrating various systems and platforms.
- Security: Knowledge of security best practices to protect systems and data.
- Monitoring and Logging: Proficiency with tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana.
- Containerization: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container management.
- Certification: AWS Solution Architect, Atlassian
Soft Skills:
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues effectively.
