About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Release Manager with strong expertise in DevOps practices and integrated CI/CD pipeline setup. The ideal candidate will lead release planning, code branching strategies, and deployment pipelines for an ecosystem spanning on-premises, SaaS platforms, and multiple functional units (MFUs). This is a critical role for ensuring smooth and reliable delivery of software solutions across digital and network systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead release planning, scheduling, and management for multiple teams and environments.
  
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for digital and network systems.
  
• Define and enforce code branching strategies and deployment workflows.
  
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to streamline delivery processes.
  
• Integrate deployment pipelines across on-prem and SaaS environments.
  
• Ensure compliance, stability, and traceability of releases.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the release process to maintain operational excellence.
  
• Document release processes, standards, and environment configurations.
  

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Release Manager in a DevOps-driven environment.
  
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Bamboo, etc.).
  
• Expertise in release management, version control, and code branching strategies.
  
• Hands-on experience with deployments across on-premises and SaaS ecosystems.
  
• Understanding of network and digital systems integration.
  
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation frameworks.
  
• Exposure to multi-functional unit (MFU) delivery pipelines.
