Job Description

JD:

Primary skills: Amazon Connect + AWS Cloud Native services (S3, Dynamo DB, Lambda Functions, IAC (DevOps) ) + Salesforce Service Cloud Voice (SCV  - Nice to have)

Coding Skills: Python Language.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in system integration projects, particularly involving Amazon Connect, Salesforce Service Cloud (SCV), Verint, Cerner, Marketing Cloud, and AWS services.
2. Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, particularly in designing and implementing serverless architectures using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and other relevant services.
3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java for scripting and developing integration solutions.
4. Experience in API design principles, RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, and data formats (JSON, XML)
