Skills and Requirements
- Strong understanding of graphic design and animation principles.
- Proficiency in visualization and storyboarding.
- Expertise in motion graphics and video editing, including a strong command of the Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Animate, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Experience with AI-powered tools for generating avatar videos, images, and audio using industry-leading platforms such as HeyGen, Synthesia, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, RunwayML, Murf, and others.
- Knowledge of advanced motion design plugins and AI tools for content generation and workflow optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
- Knowledge of asset creation and optimization for various platforms and resolutions.
Responsibilities
- Animate static graphics and create dynamic motion sequences for video, e-learning, web, and social media.
- Transform scripts and storyboards into compelling animated visuals.
- Design and produce motion graphics for a variety of projects, including corporate videos, e-learning modules, and product explainers.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure a cohesive visual style that adheres to brand standards.
- Conduct peer reviews of motion graphics files and provide guidance to junior designers.
- Analyzing new project inputs, raising any queries, and providing effort estimates for all project requests.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in motion graphics and animation technology, including AI-driven tools.
- Mentor junior team members in animation techniques and best practices.
